Lux is absolutely fantastic at their job! I’ve had my nostril piercing a week now, which is healing wonderfully, with no pain at all! When I arrived at the piercing studio I was incredibly nervous but Lux’s warm and bubbly personality instantly made me feel comfortable in my surroundings. Their setup is gorgeous in a lovely little studio in the heart of the city centre. The process of getting my nose pierced was really nerve wracking, especially for someone who has never had a piercing before. Lux went through some breathing exercises with me as we went along and was incredibly patient. They pierced my nose without me even noticing that much pain. Aftercare instructions were second to none and Lux has plenty of knowledge on aftercare, which is probably why my piercing is healing so well. I’m so happy with the results of my appointment and the service provided. I’d recommend Lux to absolutely anyone who is looking to get a piercing and cannot thank them enough for the incredible experience!

Lux was great, they really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Studio was very clean and offered privacy. Communication before hand was spot on and I'm delighted with my piercing. Appreciated being asked for pronouns as it demonstrates inclusivity. 10/10 Would recommend.
